Neochange and the Hertz Group have conducted a unique study on the personality profile of IT organizations. The purpose of this study is to understand personality traits across IT departments and management levels and how these traits influence communication styles, the development of relationships with business partners and leadership styles.
To effectively understand the IT personality, participants have identified themselves as one of the following roles within IT organizations:
- IT Executives (CIO and Direct Reports)
- Business Liaison/Account Managers
- IT Managers
- Business Analysts
- Development Staff
Neochange is now in the process of aggregating the Print data by role to conduct our analysis.
